Before you order
How long it takes
Every piece is built by hand in our own workshop, so lead times move with the seasons. Spring and summer are our busiest stretch and waits get longer; order in autumn or winter and you will usually have it sooner. These are averages. We will give you a firmer date when you order, and keep you posted if anything changes.

Money from sales and donations goes into our general funds rather than being ring-fenced to one particular bed. That way we can put it wherever the need is greatest that week.
