From order to installed
No showroom pressure and no configurator to fight with — you order, then a person rings you.

Pick a size from the range, or ask us for something bespoke. Choose natural or dark stain.

A member of our team rings to go through the final details, so everything is right before we start.

Made to order by hand in our County Durham workshop. Larger builds take longer — we'll agree the date with you well in advance.

Every summerhouse we build pays for housing and support for people facing homelessness across the North East. You get the garden room; someone else gets a way off the street.

How long will it take?
Summerhouses are made to order, so they take longer than something off a shelf. Spring and summer are our busiest stretch and waits get longer; order in autumn or winter and you will usually have it sooner. We agree a delivery and installation date with you well before then.
Is installation really free?
Yes. Delivery and installation on site are included, and it's done by the same team who built it rather than a courier.
What's included in the basic price?
Double doors, two large windows, and your choice of a pent or apex roof, plus free installation and your choice of stain.
Can I have a size that isn't listed?
Yes. Everything is made to order, so tell us the space you have and we will build to it. Get in touch and we'll talk it through.
What stain colours are there?
Natural or dark stain, and the choice is included in the price.
Where do you deliver?
Across County Durham and Hartlepool and out into the wider North East. If you're not sure whether you're in range, ask us.
