Everyone we find is offered support and a warm welcome back at our Homeless Hub, which stays open from midnight through to 8am with breakfast, hot drinks, immediate housing advice, assessments and a plan for what happens next.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYour donation goes directly towards the work we do supporting and housing people experiencing homelessness across the North East.
